Theory of Operation

The GM INJECTOR INTERCEPTOR II PN41132 will prevent false injector codes on alternate fuel operation by providing the correct injector load to the OEM computer. This is done by intercepting the OEM injector power during alternate fuel operation and using this power to activate the INTERCEPTOR II injector load simulation. On gasoline operation, the OEM injector power is reapplied to the OEM injectors. Fuel selection is detected by monitoring a full supply voltage on the Pink wire for gasoline operation, or a slightly lower voltage for alternate fuel operation.

Injector load simulation, injector power interruption, and installation time are greatly simplified with the use of mating OEM injector harness connectors. All these features are compactly packaged in a weather and vibration proof epoxy seal.
